Jhala was there, she noted when she poked her head into the den. She squinted her eyes and looked inside, ignoring the growl, until her eyes adjusted to the darkness. They fell onto the pups, tiny and squirming by Jhala's stomach, trying to find their way around with no eyes to see. It was hard to imagine ever being that tiny.

"Play with me," she demanded from the little potatoes by @Jhala 's side, but they didn't seem very responsive. She crawled on her stomach as to not upset Jhala too much, feeling she was on thin ice, staring at the little bundles before she piped up and screamed as loud as she could: "COOOOME PLAAAY!"
