It follows him, step for step, jumping more swiftly when he falters, purring at his shoulders and licking on the ends of feet.

Eset’s flames coil with his own and they are two no longer but a single blaze in the center of the dance. Transcending form, transcending words. In her eyes written by the flashing reflections of passersby she sang to him.
