Druid had never known such bitter cold. She walked alongside Whitebark Stream toward the maple forest, barely noticing the frigid temperature. She paid no attention to where she was going, simply drifting in a way befitting her situation.

When she looked up and saw the familiar stone arches against the white skyline, Druid’s heart lurched in her chest. Before she even realized what she was doing, she sent up mournful cries of @Sequoia’s and @Witch’s names.
