Northstar Vale sing

The redstone man could not fathom how he had become so fortunate. Holding his daughter in his arms and watching her discover the world was enough to steal his breath. She was perfect, from the tip of her nose to the soft pads of her puppy paws. Zosime and Zulema and Antigone were all perfect.

Soft touching, her head found his cheek. She began to mouth while she sang her song. Arsenio could not see a reason not to join her. From the depths of his belly, the Greek man formed a familiar tune about starlight and love, and he began to sing it softly to his daughter. If she had the knack for song, he would help to culture that and would encourage it to grow.

The cold of his nose found her cheek at the end of his tune. He chuckled softly, waiting to see if little Zosime might have another song on her lips.
