Hideaway Strath whimsy

that morning, nala had felt a stirring. stung with memories of the first kind face she had met here. her paws itched to follow to that river once more. it may have been a hard journey, one she would not make easily, but she deeply felt the need to make it.

and perhaps she could be given permission for such, instead of ghosting away on wild whims.

it could be beneficial for everybody, she thought.

fury? she'd ask once she found where the woman's scent seemed freshest. i was hoping to ask you about something — a trip, actually.

Fury had been with Sovereign, her firstborn, when Nala found her.
She noted a sense of urgency that seemed to roll from the he-dog, and her interest piqued a bit as Nala spoke.

"A trip?" Fury parroted, thoughtful.
"Where do you plan to go, and for how long?" She would then ask.

not long at all, she started with first, a small smile on her features.

i met a woman when i first got here. she was very nice and — her heart thumped wildly. a medic. i thought i might learn something and come back home with it. you said you need medics, right?

Aprroval gleamed in Fury's eyes as Nala explained herself. 
She wanted to go, to find a friend; a medic. To learn.

With a pause for consideration, Fury would eventually return her intense golden gaze to the she-dog and nod in approval.
"You may take this trip. Please find a way to let me know if you end up taking longer to return than you anticipated."

thank you, fury. her tail became a feathery banner behind her, whipping with excitement and relief. if allowed she sought to place submissive licks to the woman.

there was no doubt in her mind that she would return here. return home.

she just needed to find tavina first.
