Maybe @Finley? But any of the fambly welcome <3
Not unlike Tegan, Lucca had retreated from the rest of the Redhawks, opting to sulk instead but for reasons that differed from his spunky brother's own. He wasn't sure if he was meant to be angry or sad over the events at the borders, and he also wasn't entirely sure what to make of Screech and the other newcomer (despite his sister decidedly not trusting them). He struggled between loving and feeling a close kinship with his siblings, and the fact that they were always being yelled at. He wanted to be a good brother but how could he do that if they were constantly getting into trouble? All of them.
With a brooding frown distorting his pudgy features, Lucca sat in amongst the reeds that bordered the lake, watching the birds idly float in the distance. If he could skip rocks, he would've, but unfortunately Lucca did not possess thumbs and so instead resigned to staring out over their new home with a mildly discontent expression.

Niamh’s frustration with how things had ended eventually faded away; it only took one good night’s sleep for her to bounce back and more or less forget how angry she’d been that the Redhawks had taken over their territory, and she’d started seeing things from a more optimistic point of view.
Now there were many wolved to mark the borders, and a whole bunch of wolves to hunt with. While she liked the badassery of being part of a ragtag bunch of scoundrels, this was definitely more beneficial- and she didn’t even have to dig a new den.
Since birds had been one of Niamh’s chosen targets for solo hunting, ahe was drawn yet again to the water feature of their homeland in search of maybe a duck, or a pheasant if there was one lurking in the tal grasses. The ducks would start to lay eggs soon, she figured, so that would mean she could hunt them in their nests.
Instead, she came across a fairly glum looking boy- one who fit right in with the others who’d been feisty just the other day and had charged Screech. He was staring out over the water, the corners of his lips resting in a soft frown. ”Howdy,” She greeted him as she approached. She didn’t recognize him from the whole ordeal the other day- he hadn’t been one of the ones to lash out, so he’d been more or less overlooked.

He started as he heard the soft approach of another, ears pricking as he turned to greet the wolf who had crashed his brooding session. He had expected it to be one of his siblings, though as soon as he caught sight of golden fur and a pair of gleaming honey-coloured eyes, he jerked again in surprise. The newcomer! He hadn't been able to catch a proper glimpse of her during the altercation at the borders, but now that he was face to face with her, he began to internally panic.
Becoming an adult meant many changes for a young wolf, and finally noticing the opposite sex was one of them. Even though he had sisters, Lucca was not super accustomed to being around girls. At least not pretty ones (sorry Fi and Clo). He stared at the stranger dumbly, mouth opening and closing for a couple of seconds before he managed to coax some words out, "u-uh, hi!" He mentally started trying to summon Tegan out of sheer panic, hoping his brother would come and save him from this completely harmless situation.

Well this was new. Niamh had been more prepared to be greeted with hostility than anything else, but instead, the boy seemed shy and lost for words. It was quite surprising- so much so that Niamh herself didn’t really know how to react and found herself blushing slightly.
Trying to play it cool, she put on a slightly awkward, crooked grin and rolled her shoulders. ”Don’t worry about what anyone else has told you- I’m not here to, like, wreck the pack from the inside out.” She said, figuring he was nervous about the three newcomers given how the whole situation panned out when the Redhawks first came to the Plateau. ”I’m Niamh.”
