All Welcome
Kigipigak had returned.

Life bloomed with Natigvik. Twice over. The hunters she had recruited in his wake had been a nice boon. Now he brought home another body with his own. A spitfire of a girl it seemed.

But it was not her who she turned her attention to right now.

It was @Kivaluk — her son. She felt as though things constantly changed for him. She loved him far too much to ever neglect him. Especially as Akkuma seemed absent these days.

She offered a warm, low sound to him as she approached.

Look how much he was outgrowing her! A hunter, a warrior.

things in kivaluk's life had been like a rollercoaster: ups and downs...which was not too far from what life generally was, he was coming to learn. but he is glad for his father's return, and relieved at the bodies that fill their ranks. with conflicting tells about the coming winter, kivaluk was left with a constant sort of nagging worry. about winter ...and about his brother, whom seems more withdrawn now than he ever had been before.

thoughts are neatly tucked away at the low, warm sound murmured by his mother.

he turns to face her, greeting her with a small whine and a wag of his tail.
