Blackfeather Woods deciphered the clockwork

Twisted and turned down every path presented.

Once, twice, thrice.

All roads led home. The trees loomed threatening but it was silence she found. No laughter haunted the halls of the woods or bird chatter in the tops. Not even the daedra seemed to be interested in whispering into her ears.

Peryite, where are you?
Don't be gone yet.

If she thought hard enough, long enough, she could play all the sounds herself. A wailing sound in the back of her mind in the haunting tone of her mother. The fading steps of Sobek. The silence of her ghost though...she needn't imagine such a thing in her own mind. It was still the same as that day. Perhaps even stronger without the accompanying sounds.

It's time to go home.

Home was not here. Not any longer. The young daughter of Melonii moseyed in a haunting, weaving trail through the woods. Southbound for the meadows she knew (hoped, if she was to be honest with herself) her remaining family still lingered in.
