He was quick to come, much like Kynareth was when she called. 

"Yeah, everything's fine as far as I've seen. Just thought I'd present the idea of another spar? I want to get better, so I can be the best warrior and protector that I possibly can." He deserved a reason for her constant calls, and she wouldn't withhold.
