He stepped back and offered an explanation for her current distress, and she struggled to pay attention to what he was saying. Despite the overwhelming spinning sensation, she managed to grasp the main idea of what he said, and it made sense to her. She didn't fault him at all for what'd happened. Now that I know what to expect, I would like to try again ... but maybe not today. After a brief period, she began to recover, and with a shaky effort, she managed to stand on all fours. She stood there, bow-legged and uncertain, as another wave of dizziness caused her to stumble. She clumsily sidestepped, accidentally bumping into him. Oh! I am sorry! quickly speaking, she felt her face flush at their nearness once more. I guess I tried to stand again too quickly.
