Caiaphas made her way along the desolate shore, her pelt matted with salt and rime. She carried with her the scent of salt and fish, having spent the entire of her morning close to the Bay's borders harvesting pike before the sea claimed them. She carried with her two cleaved pike, who flopped rather limply from her jaw with each jaunty step.

Her intent was to make it straight back to the Sound, however, a blaze-red wolf soon stopped that ambition. Caiaphas regarded the creature carefully, the potent scent of the fish clutched between her jaw obstructing any chance of recognizing the wolf's denomination. She slowed to a stop near the earthen hued wolf innocuously, unsure if she should accost the female or continue on her way without risking her quarry.
