Code for white boxes?

I was wanting to know how to do the code to make a white background box with text inside. Bad description, but an example would be the white boxes on Brecheliant’s pack forum:

It's in the mycode reference list, the image card code! If you put a blank image (I use a 1px transparent dot saved as a png) as the url then the whole thing remains transparent and makes a nice text box.
