How do I change my username?

So I know how to change the name of my character, but the rules say that the account name has to be the same as the characters name. So how do I change my account name?

If 'Grey Wind' is just a nickname, but your character was born 'Valen', you don't actually have to change it IF it is a nickname and not his actual name.

Yea it's his nickname, but the more I think about it the less I care about his name being Valen. Oh well I'll just leave it like that. Thank you! :D
