Two Rivers Isle asked what had happened this time

Another casualty of the flooding, it seemed. Erzulie and her packmates had moved further south and inland, away from the coast where they most often dwelled. And fortunately for Niamh, it seemed, as their relocation would coincide with Alyx's disappearance. She nodded in acknowledgement and understanding, as she too had been forced to leave her home in order to avoid being trapped in a potentially watery grave. Alyx was still out of reach- but at least she was alive, and was being cared for. 

And so it would be, it came to pass, until the river waters subsided, whereupon Erzulie stated she would return the child. Niamh was wordless for a moment, and her gaze softened, falling to the ground. Her hear raced still, knowing that her child was alive- and that she, she had found her. What her packmates had ruined she had fixed- and she would return to her pack not with her child, but at least with the news that she had been found. She would have to accept those terms. She raised her gaze, and nodded softly. "I can't tell you how much that would mean to me," She confessed quietly. "I'll be waiting...Thank you, Erzulie," She said. Her trust was still as thin as flint, but it wuld have to function for the time being, and would be put to the test should Erzulie follow through with her promise. She would leave the conversation with a mix of satisfaction and dread, and would not rest completely until she had her daughter back, safe and sound, in the Copse.
