All Welcome
It had been a short time since Ethan had joined with Ike. Arsenio had been filled with thoughts of children in the vale. He had spent all his free time at Leona’s gravesite, leaving behind berries and flowers and treasures fitting for a young girl. The site had been made with love for a daughter that was not his own. Still, he mourned for her and for her parents. He hoped that they would be able to find peace.

After leaving behind several branches of juniper for Leona, Arsenio searched for @Dasher. He had intended to ask the man about his pending family and his plans. The young Ike looked like he was fitting in well with the others.

As the redstone figure prowled the vale, his eyes were searching for the green-eyed man.

this fits nicely in ex's timeline so hope you don't mind a guest <3

Now that winter would soon draw to a close in just a few weeks, Exousia was starting to feel the settler’s urge more often. She would never settle for just any stretch of land, of course, but there was a feverish sort of desire burning hotter inside her as the days grew longer. She scoured the Sunspires for her throne, setting an eye to every peak, tasting their airs with a flickering tongue.

But before she could decide if any of them suited her, the silvershadow came upon the well-trodden border of a pack in the valley that was hugged on all sides by mountainous terrain.

She paused at their threshold, thoughts churning. When her curiosity and impatience began to clash, she lifted her sleek muzzle and howled, revealing her position and presenting herself as an idle prospect.

Mind??? Goodness, you bless me with your words! <3

A howl revealed a stranger on the edge of their land. Arsenio drew his redstone head high and released a response – he was near and he would not have her wait long.

The Arche’s sturdy legs made quick work of the space between them. He breathed heavily as he trotted into view. Glacial eyes scanned the features of this stranger. She was sharp and defined by the edges of her body. There was a curious gleam to her eyes. He had not seen a look like that in some time. The woman looked as though she had been carved from the wild things of the world and the gods had breathed life into her; a predator’s fangs beneath watchful eyes.

Greetings, the redstone wolf said, nodding his snout toward her chest. You have the look of a traveler. There was a lingering smile at the edges of his lips.

forgive me for this ungodly wait!

The returned call settled her into a neat stance upon the borders; a pose meant to see to it that she was not caught unaware nor seen as some beggar. Exousia had no interest in feigning need. A flash of red on the horizon caught her scanning eyes, and she watched with reserved attentiveness as the guardian approached.

He was large and muscular, each to her tastes, with a powerful aura that she could respect. Both the shade of his fur and eye color were exceptionally eye-catching, but she cared more for his hale physique than his undoubtedly handsome countenance. Unfortunately for her, he was no doubt claimed by this pack, if not by some she-wolf of great fortune.

Ave, warden, she greeted him readily and gave a short dip of her muzzle. Your eyes see much. I am indeed a traveler, but I will soon retire the trade, fate willing. A small wag of her tail against her hocks, an inkling of good nature behind her mask of scrutiny. You are a warrior, no? Is this a place of many like you?
