Valeria wasn’t particularly interested in hanging out w her siblings and so while she wasn’t taken care of or watched by the servants, she lurked around the area and sneaked out. Especially at night. Especially.

She wasn’t allowed to do so, and therefore adventures like these brought the right thrill in her life she needed. It was sometimes just a little difficult, because of her parents who were particularly nocturnal. Silly of her to think that she wasn’t being watched or smelled by them though. Valeria was smart, but only limited amount. Observing her target in the distance, she felt like hunting again, but on the other hand, that wasn’t necessary with all the company, and so she just walked around as the moon shone.

Even if Valeria was not interested in her siblings, Vincent was interested in them. As the only other children of the pack – besides the two proletariat adolescents the young prince didn't dare associate with – he felt it only right to keep tabs on them.

He shadowed the girl as she slipped out under the cover of darkness, her pale fur shining in the moonlight. Vincent often wondered why was it when he looked at his paws, he saw dark fur and not white like his sisters' own, but was slowly coming to the realisation that it was a gift. He melded so seamlessly into his surroundings; it came in handy with all the tracking he had to do, what with his sisters sneaking out so often.

However, his stealthiness had a ways to go before he was completely undetectable. Bumbling, long-legged strides left no leaves unrustled* and no twigs unsnapped as the boy emerged from the undergrowth to confront his solitary sister with a loud and accusatory, "WHATCHA DOIN', VAL?"
