for @Donovan Azura
and since i know you like to set the scene:
6/9, late evening, partly cloudy, cool (43 F)

Her decision to leave her forest and come to his had been an impulsive one. He had been on her mind lately, especially so as she was finishing up a patrol, and she had simply made her way over the borders and headed to the place she knew he claimed.

When she arrived it was long after the sun had set, and this time, she paused at the edge of the territory instead of crossing over the marked borders and making her way into the trees. She moved along the edge of his forest, inspecting the scents there; his was still strong, but she knew there was a possibility that he might not even be here tonight, she hoped that wasn't the case, though. She would hate to have to turn around and head home without seeing him. This would be about the time she would normally call out for whomever she wished to see, but Simmik was feeling rebellious tonight, and she didn't want to make things so easy for him.

So she silently moved along the edge of the trees, stopping every so often to the let the chilly breeze move through her snowy fur and hopefully carry her scent deeper into the forest. She smiled as she moved, clearly pleased with the little game she was playing. Of course, if enough time went by and a hulking, endlessly-frustrating man didn't appear at her side, then she would consider calling out. Until then, she was content to wander the edge of his forest and wait for her scent to lure him to her.

YES. Thank you! ;D

Donovan happens to be occupying himself by skirting alongside the river that flowing down from the western peak of mountains that border each side of his newfound home. This river is moderately restless near the base of the beautiful waterfall he finds himself by. Deep in some parts and shallow in others. The coast is a mixture of sands and dirt, while other parts are full of pebbles and rocks. The difference in sensations feel good on his paws as he dips his upper body down to lap at the clear glacier water. It’s cold, almost too cold for his liking and it makes him squint his eyes when the tooth shattering, icy liquid he takes into his maw and slides down his throat, satisfying his thirst. He stays down there for a while, only occasionally talking a break to properly breathe and give his teeth a break an interesting scent hits his nose. At first he believes it’s just a fleeting scent of flowers or something else he can’t quite place. Until he notices it lingering.

Bringing himself to stand as tall and confident as he usually does, he eagerly sniffs the air around him. Brows furrow as he recognizes that scent, but he can’t quite place it and it’s driving him mad. So upon noticing the wind that’s coming from the south is drifting the scent towards him, he decides to investigate.

Driving onward, he continues on for a solid fifteen minutes until he sees a practically glowing object of the purest whites. Then it clicks and his face lights up. Already a devious smirk crawls onto it like usual and he urges himself towards the familiar she-wolf in an eager trot. Turning the corner of a massive tree base, he reveals himself to her.

His golden eyes lay upon her and he hums pleasantly. “Oh, what a pleasant surprise, dear.” As he says this he comes closer to stand a comfortable five feet from her.

She was unable to see very far beyond the few trees in front of her any time she scanned the area; the moonlight wasn't able to pierce very far into the darkness there, so she had to rely solely on her hearing and sense of smell. Her ears took in every sound around her and she continued to inspect the scents along the border.

After what seemed like forever, she heard the distinct sound of an approach first—paws against the soft forest floor and underbrush rustling against fur and legs. Then the wind briefly changed directions and she was hit with his very fresh scent. She continued forward, assuming he would find her eventually. She wasn't expecting him to appear in front of her from around a large tree, and so she abruptly stopped, her fiery gaze meeting his golden one as he stepped closer. She lifted an eyebrow at his words, a playful smile curving one side of her mouth. She moved forward to close the rest of the distance between them, but she didn't stop once she reached him. Instead, she brushed against him and continued to walk.

She paused after a few steps and looked back over her shoulder at him. Want to go for a walk? she asked. She was interested in how things had been going for him and if he had gained any new packmates since the last time they discussed it. She hadn't come across anyone to send his way yet, but she wondered if he had experienced better luck with recruiting.

Just as the larger male greeted her, the glowing white wolf greets him back with a raised brow and an enticingly playful smile. Her tangerine eyes lay instantly on his own and for a moment he takes in her godly image in the dim lighting. Pale coat sticking out even in the foggy darkness around them. With the slightest hint of the moons rays that ruefully make it through the tall canopy of trees Simmik almost appears to have specs of silver adorning her pelt that continue to shimmer in the sickly, blue light.

As she approaches, her forms brushes against him. The sleekness of her feminine, yet strong build against him piques his interest and he follows the she-wolf with his own star like hues. Raking them down her form and continue to stay on her as she glances to him, urging him to follow.

Of course he does. Turning himself to face her, he walks to meet her pace and brushed their sides together, his right and her left. “Of course I would.” He offers as he cranes his head down to briefly lick and nip at her neck.

Settling into a normal walk he brings his head back to its original height. “You’ve come to see me then? Whatever for?” He asks sarcastically with a chuckle.

He accepted her invitation and moved to her side, his fur brushing against hers and making the familiar heat return to her stomach. The feeling only intensified when he reached down lick and nip her neck. In return, Simmik reached up and ran her muzzle through the soft, white fur under his jaw. She found that she liked that spot, and so she lingered there until he began to speak again.

She offered a few soft, huffs of laughter in response to his words and chuckle, the playful smile returning to her lips. I don't know, I guess life is boring without your constant teasing, she replied first. Truthfully, she had missed his company lately, but she didn't exactly want to admit such things to him yet. Besides, it was probably already somewhat obvious in the fact that she had made the trip here in the first place. She could have waited for him to come find her, but she was too impatient. If they weren't already, she pressed against him while they walked; she liked to feel his warm side against hers.

On a more serious note, she met his striking gaze and added: I also wanted to see how things were going with your new pack. She watched his expression closely as she spoke, her own quickly shifting into one of curious concern. Have you found any more members yet?

His smile widens when the she-wolf nuzzles into his own neck and jaw. They way she lingers has him wondering just how much she really enjoys his company. Of course it’s enough to bring her back to his forest when she has her own pack to care for a good few hours away. With this evidence, Donovan decides he too rather enjoys the pale wolfs company. It helps to have someone to fuck around with and spend time with, especially after what happened to his pack. Something he still hasn’t recovered from.

In her presence, he tries to keep if darker thoughts and actions tucked away. Surely she wouldn’t be interested in what a monster he truly is. Being a war torn leader and all, he’s hardened from battle as has very little sympathy for anything or anyone. Even then, he isn’t fake. He will not hide his true self in more dire situations if they were to present itself.

Though as she admits to life being boring without him, he smirks and laughs at the words, but allows his gaze to find her own. “I knew you liked it.” He teases lowly, almost fleetingly, as she comes to press more against him.

Then as she asks him a more serious question, he hums in though and nods slowly. “Actually yes.” He decides to tell her. “I’ve met a rather strange female wolf of blacks and browns. She’s quite savage actually and I’m still questioning her motives. Now that I think about it, she seems to be the polar opposite of you.” He continues holding her gaze as they walk with a teasing smile. “Her name is Nemisis and she proposed an idea to me. She wants to rebuild her pack just as I want to rebuild mine. I would be stupid to deny a strong, efficient killer by my side to help rebuild my pack.” He shrugs. “I accepted her proposal.”

Then he chuckles. “I also met another one like me. Another Akita, curled tail and everything. How unusual. If I can snag him, he’d be a good asset to the pack as well.”

She held his gaze and playfully glared at him. Sometimes, she admitted. But really it was most of the time, and she was aware that he probably knew that, considering she never tried to tear a chunk from his handsome face when he did it. And also because she was here when she had plenty of other ways to entertain herself.

She listened quietly as he spoke of finding a woman to help him lead his pack. By the way he described her, it sounded like she was a good fit for him as long as she turned out to be trustworthy. She would offer her opinion on that in a minute but first, she raised an eyebrow at him, indignation dancing in her fiery gaze. You don't think I can be savage? she asked. Had he not already witnessed that with the wolverine? And even more pressing—did she come off as some soft damsel or something? Because that wasn't the case at all. She was open and playful with him because he had earned it and she liked him, but to those she didn't like or trust, it was a quite different story.

As for his new second, she added: It's good to have a strong co-leader with similar goals. She paused a second to study his face like she often did. But you should listen to your instincts until she proves she deserves your trust. Maybe she cared whether or not this new wolf betrayed him. That was her opinion, anyway; he take it or leave it. She had no doubt he could take care of himself if things didn't go well.

Both eyebrows lifted at the mention of meeting another Akita like himself. How interesting, Simmik started. I also met a wolf that looks like you; he was hunting near my forest. Her expression turned thoughtful. I wonder if it's the same wolf. If so, I agree that he would be a good asset to your pack.

Donovan huffs our a breath through his nose and his golden hues settle on the female next to him once more. Only briefly though, as they leave their previous target to straighten onto the dark path ahead.

Though at her accusing question he submits instantly, not replying until she’s done speaking. “Now, now. I never said that. I’m sure you could fuck someone up just as easily as you breathe, dear.” He laughs lightly as he defends himself, metaphorically holding up his hands in defeat — only he doesn’t have actual hands.

He nods then to her reference of not trusting the other she-wolf until she’s proven herself. “I agree, we’ll see then.” Then he instantly carries onto her next comment. “Hm, I wonder.” He ch unless and gazes down again briefly.

Then a light bulb goes off, he has something he wants to show her. No matter how cheesy it might sound. Instantly he stops in his step and his expression becomes contemplative. Then a sly smile creeps onto his maw. “Follow me, peaches. I have something you might like.” He hums the new nick name teasingly into her ear and starts heading a completely different direction, brushing against her as he goes. Now he heads west, expecting her to follow.

She looked at him suspiciously as he defended himself, stating that he was sure she could fuck someone up. So then why had he called her the polar opposite of his savage new packmate? Had he meant something else by it? Before she could ask him more questions, like she was prone to do, he was talking again, agreeing with her that he would make sure said new packmate was worthy of his trust. That was good; hopefully she wouldn't take advantage of his need to remake his pack after tragedy.

He didn't seem as intrigued as she was by her also meeting someone that looked like him, which she found curious. She would have questioned him about that too, but then he was whispering in her ear, calling her peaches, and telling her he had something she might like. The warmth of his breath against her ear made heat pool her stomach. The heat only intensified as he brushed against her, but then the place where he had just been felt suddenly too cold.

She was, of course, very interested in seeing what he had to show her, and so she quickly trotted forward to his side. She decided not to comment on the nickname just yet, although she did wonder why he chose that name. She had a far more pressing question to ask him. What are you going to show me? she asked. Where are we going? She was impatient and wanted to know now instead of waiting for him to show her, but she had a sneaking suspicion that he wouldn't give her the answer she wanted.

The female is suspicious about his two previous answers and she has right to be. His replies were short and sweet, yet suspicious all in their own. As he replied, a lot was going through his head. Thoughts of the upbringing of his new pack and even thoughts of the paler wolf the walked right beside him. For a moment, he even contemplated taking her to said spot, but he decides it’s a good place to distract himself with her.

At that moment and even now as he guides them to this mysterious place, the brindled male’s mind is muddled with the thoughts of his previous pack. One could say he’s ‘in his feels’. Though, nowadays he tries pushing those thoughts back into the foggy regions of his mind where they don’t bother him — to forget them. Yet it seems he’s still having some trouble.

So even with the gnawing of old ghosts at his memory, an easy smile appears on his maw and his sparkling hues rest on her own as he turns to look at her. “Some place beautiful.” He hums, then his smile quickly becomes more teasing. “Just like you, darling.” He chuckles at the corny sentence even though he means it.

Then as they walk, several minutes by, a healthy forty minutes of walking that is. Until the sound of a rushing waterfall meets their ears and Donovan can’t help but smile. He thinks she’ll like the little surprise.
They come up to the southernmost waterfall on the west set of mountains of Ravensblood Forest. It’s settled in a clearing and instead of turning into a rushing river, the crystal clear, glacial water makes its home in a medium sized lake, or perhaps a large pond. The left over water toppled over rocks into many smaller streams that trickle throughout the forest. Though this is a waterfall, it’s not a fast one. Where the water rushes down from the mountain above it runs over and along many shallows drops of rock, making it look like a stairway to heaven. The waterfall isn’t small either, it’s quite big in fact, but the easy flow of the water makes it tranquil. They’re slow enough that one could comfortably stand beneath one of the drops, making an amazing spot to settle on a hot summer day.

Tonight though, a slight fog rolls over the hills and the sickly blue light of the moon bestows a different look to this waterfall. Tranquil and still awfully beautiful, everything is bathed in the dim lighting of the moon. The usually crystal clear, sometimes even aquamarine water turns blue-white as the moon bathes it in light.

Donovan smiles and briefly looks to watch her reaction before settling his eyes on the waterfall himself. “Beautiful, huh?” He hums back to her.

She had been watching his expression closely, following her question, so she first saw the way his mouth morphed into a different smile than the smirk he usually offered her. She held his gaze as she spoke, telling her that he was going to show her some place beautiful. His smile shifted then, to something more normal for him; she was expecting some variation of his normal teasing, but what he offered was the opposite, despite the playful look on his face. She honestly wasn't sure how to respond at first. It was corny, sure, but she couldn't deny how much she liked hearing the compliment from him; it made her skin heat and her heart flutter strangely in her chest. Eventually, she regained her composure, and she responded with playful smirk of her own. She said nothing, though; she only followed him west into his forest.

They walked for some time, and she scanned their surroundings periodically out of habit and because she wanted to see any hints of this beautiful place he wanted to show her. As the moved deeper into the forest towards the mountain that connected to the one that hugged her own forest, she heard an unfamiliar whooshing sound. She had never heard such a sound, and she was instantly curious. She missed the smile on his face as the sound grew louder, too busy looking around them to see where it was coming from.

And when she was finally able to see the source of the sound, she took in the view with awed silence; she had never seen anything like it. Water cascaded slowly down the uneven side of the mountain, collecting in a pool turned pearly blue by the light of the moon. That same light illuminated the clearing they now stood in, making the white of both their coats almost appear to glow. His was especially striking with the striped brown that painted his back and shoulders. She loved the moon and the way its light changed how things looked, she always had. It was like the world shifted into a new reality at night. She instantly thought about swimming in the chilly water and how it would be a nice respite from the warm summer days. She would have to make sure she made that fantasy become a reality.

She had been quiet as she fully took in the place he had shown her, but after a few minutes, she lifted her gaze to him. She nodded at his words, a shy smile slowly curving her lips. She was very rarely shy about anything, but there was a certain vulnerability and softness in the way she took in the scene around them, and she hadn't been prepared to show him that side of her yet. She swallowed and looked away, her gaze moving slowly over the waterfall again. Yes, very beautiful, she finally said. Thank you for taking me here, she added softly, unable to meet his gaze again.

His company is quiet, mouth seemingly agape at the stunning transformation the moon has on the environment before them. Just as the blue-white light of the moon bathed them both as they stand beside each other. The male is watching her glowing form beside him and can’t believe it when she actually becomes bashful. Though she’s able to finally throw out words he hums out a quiet rolling laugh as he crowds into her space, bodies pressing together. He allows his blacked out tongue to press flat against her muzzle before he walks forwards towards the waterfall.

“You’re cute when you get all shy, dear.” He adds lowly as he walked forward, he looks back at her over his shoulder and his smile is hardly registered in the low lighting.

He continues onward though, until his paws are being hugged by water up to his mid arm. The water is cold, but he welcomes it. It doesn’t bother him too much. He looks back to her. “Join me, unless you don’t like cold water.” He says with a wink.

She could feel his laugh, each rumble sending bolts of heat through her abdomen. She was already hyper-aware of him, so when he was suddenly in her space, she could feel every place his body touched hers. But only when she felt the warmth of his tongue on her muzzle did she look up at him. She silently watched him move towards the water, her eyes dropping first to his lips as they curved into a smile and then to the water where it clung to his fur and made the muscle underneath more obvious.

Her eyes flicked up to his as he spoke again—a comment on her shyness, which only made her quickly cover it up, especially because he described her as cute. She offered him a playful glare instead, following him into the water at his invitation. She liked anything cold, and she especially liked swimming.

When she reached him, she paused and looked up to him with some indignation. I am not cute, she told him, and then she rushed forward, deeper into the water, hopefully splashing him a little. She gave him a playful look over her shoulder and then swam out further into the cool pond. She stopped once the water covered most of her body and she had to paddle to stay above the surface. She maneuvered herself so the she could face him again and waited for him to catch up, assuming he followed her out there.

At his playful tease she shoots a jesting glare his way. To which he can’t help but laugh smoothly at. Then as she comes to join him in the water, he can’t help the way his eyes roam over the curves and angles of her form. Her beautiful pale fur tinted a dim blue-white light from the waters reflection. He knows she’ll catch his staring, though he is shameless in his actions, he finally takes his eyes off of her body to settle on her fiery eyes.

When she halts before him, his expression has lost its natural teasing look to be replaced with something more primal and heated. Though her voice snaps him out of the trance she unknowingly put him in, his previous grin shows once more. “Oh? But what if I think you are?” He questions spitefully.

Then, as she stakes her first dip in the water she pointedly splashes him. Though it doesn’t go far, the cool liquid hits mostly his chest and shoulders. At her borderline childish, yet comical antics, he allows a smooth laugh to escape him.

Then as if on cue he obediently follows her into the deeper water. The brindled male is able to make it a bit farther than her before he takes up a doggy paddle of his own. Though instead of staying up top, he locks eyes with quite the devilish glint in them and dives below the surface. She’s sure to be able to see him through the crystalline liquid but he still tries his best to mess with her. Swiftly able to meet her underwater, if luck has it, he‘ll be able to nip playfully at the flowing fur of her hindquarters. After he swims a few feet away and resurfaces, teeth glinting faux innocently back at her.

She had noticed him watching, but she never minded his appreciative gaze; she rather liked it, in fact, and it only made her move through the water more slowly and deliberately. And when his look became heated, it was as if he transmitted that heat into the blood moving through her veins because she felt it everywhere. Her face showed none of her reaction, though, and although her heart was beating faster in her chest, she still commented on her displeasure with being called cute. Puppies were cute, bunnies were cute (when they weren't dinner), but Simmik was not cute.

And his answer was  irritating as usual, which made her happy to see that her effort to splash him had been successful. But she didn't immediately say anything, she just watched him with a raised eyebrow as he joined her in the deeper water. She was going to make some comment about how she could show him how not cute she could be, but then he was diving under the water, and she was watching his blurry form moving closer to her. She jumped forward with a sharp inhale when she felt the nip to the sensitive skin on the back of her thigh, and she whirled around to face him.

She glared at him again, offering him her own impish expression before she launched herself forward. She threw her body through the water towards him, hopefully landing her front paws on his side and pushing him back into the water. Whether or not she was successful, she quickly turned back around and swam towards the last part of the waterfall as fast as her legs would allow. If he chased her and she made it there before he caught her, she would disappear beneath the cascading water, casting him a look of invitation before the water engulfed her. She would find herself immediately in a small cave, hopping up and turning to wait for him to appear.

The nip to her thigh has her jumping and twitching away from his blurred underwater form and he almost forgets he shouldn’t laugh under water. Surely inhaling lungfuls of water and almost dying in front of her would be the best of experiences for them both. So, thankfully he’s able to withhold the laugh and continue giving her his innocent look. To which she answers to by bravely swimming towards him. Water splashes all around then as she zoomed towards him way father then he expects. Next thing he knows is his head is back underwater due to the shove to his side.

Swiftly paddling his heavy paws so he can reach the surface, as his head breaches the water he gasps lightly and frowns childishly in her direction. By the time he sets blurry eyes back on her, the beautiful she-wolf has her back to him and she’s climbing up onto the ledge of the waterfall. The cascading water falls enticingly onto her pelt and he’s quickly distracted by the look in those mysterious orange eyes of hers.

Obediently, he swims after her as if he’s in a spell. Though unable to catch her in time, he finds himself climbing up onto the same ledge and allowing the water to flow over his own striped coat as well. Slowly making his way into the cave, dripping water onto the already sopping were cave floor he looks around. The sly smirk on his face and the interested look in his sparkling hues show his determination to find her.

What had initially appeared as a small cave was actually quite the opposite. She had turned to wait for Donovan's large, muscular form to slip through the water fall but had only stayed there for a few seconds before something hanging from the stony ceiling caught her attention. She looked up and noticed then that these spiky protrusions were everywhere. Simmik turned and headed deeper, realizing then the spikes also jutted up from the ground. She was a slave to her curiosity always and took off into farther into the cave, gaze glued to the strangeness around her.

But a splash in the background briefly pulled her attention from the spike she had been sniffing intently. Her eyes widened in excitement, and she whipped around and trotted back to where the waterfall had deposited Donovan. There was no playfulness on her face then, just a very obvious need to tell him something. This place is— her words fell away and she looked around. You'll just have to see for yourself, come on. She turned and headed back to where she had wandered before. She stopped in front of a spike that was easily twice her height, and when Donovan presumably joined her, she turned to him. What do you think it is? she asked. They're everywhere.

His eyes adjust to the different lighting that the cavern hold and reflects. At first it seems like a regular little pocket tucked away being the forever falling wal of water. Though as he continues on, searching for the pale woman, that seems to be able to captivate his attention so easily, he realizes it opens up into a whole other world. The protrusions from the floor and their twins hanging from the ceiling, Donovan’s eyes circles around the area curiously until they land on a rather excited Simmik. She rushes over and for a moment he thinks there’re not along in the cave and she’s come to warn him of potential danger. What he gets though is nothing of the sort. She seems genuinely amazing by whatever she seemed to have witness in his absence. So at her beckon he chuckles and follows after her obediently. What she leads him to is a massive spike-thingy that juts up from the dingy, cavern floor.

He gazes to the structure. “I have no clue. The hell is this place?” He asks confusion and amazement obvious in his voice and expression. He closes in on the stalagmites and inches closer and closer to sniff it. Though something he’s always had a problem with is investigating with his mouth (whether it’s a good thing or a bad thing, he doesn’t know), so of course the brindled male can not resist running a blackened tongue alongside the salty protrusion. Expectantly his nose wrinkles and he slurps his tongue right back up in defense.

“That’s disgusting.” He laughs wholeheartedly and looks to Simmik almost childishly. “You should try it for yourself.” He winks and bumps her with his hip. His eyes are caught in a darkened hallway just behind her head and he nods in that direction, brushing his hardened body against hers as he goes past her. Walking up to the rocky entrance he looks back at her over his shoulder mysteriously. “Let’s go exploring, dear.” He offers with Charming yet devious smirk.

He didn't have any better idea than she did about what this place was or what these strange things coming out of the ceiling and ground were. And she thought what he did next was very odd, which definitely showed in her expression as she watched him drag his tongue up the strange protrusion. He immediately pulled his tongue back, and his statement about it's taste had her grinning back at him, the grin growing in response to his laugh. But when he suggested she try the same thing, she offered him a suspicious look at first, her gaze moving between the weird spike and Donovan. But ultimately, she decided what the hell. She hesitantly pressed her pick tongue against the spike's surface and slowly drew it up along the side. She recoiled quickly though, her face wrinkling in disgust. What the hell; that's gross, she told him, lifting her paw to drag her tongue repeatedly over it to try and get rid of the taste.

He then turned and brushed against her, immediately pulling her attention to him. She grinned again at his invitation and quickly shot forward to join him; she loved exploring.

Simmik didn't wait for him to lead the way; she moved ahead, taken over by the task of figuring out where the winding tunnel would lead them. The more turns there were and the longer they spent in the dark passage, the more excited she became.

Finally, the cave opened up once more, this time into a much larger area. She froze as she entered it, immediately awe-struck by the sight. The air was chilly, and it made an exhilarated shiver run down her spine as she shook out her thick, snowy coat; it was a nice change from the warmer temperatures outside. But more compelling than the icy air was the crystal clear water that spread out before them. It was so clear that the cave itself was reflected in its surface, making the cavern seem even bigger than it already was. The color was striking too—a light blue turned crystalline by the ice of the walls around them.

She walked forward to the edge of the water, drawn to it the most. She already knew it would be cool, and after licking that gross spike, she was almost desperate for a drink. She lowered her head to the water and slowly lapped up the chilly liquid, ripples spreading out from where she had disturbed the surface and distorting the reflection of the cave.

She lifted her head when she was done and looked to wherever Donovan was. She gave him another look of invitation and then turned made her way into the water. It was cold and after she made it deep enough that most of her body was submerged, the water seeped all the way through to her skin and made her shiver again. Then she watched Donovan, waiting to see if he would join her so she could watch the water cling to his form again.

The fact that the female even dared indulge him in licking the the odd formation makes him adore her even more. And as he walks to the edge of the new entrance he finds, the wolf dog shakes his head in adoration.

As they enter the daunting caverns hallway, she doesn’t even give him a hope of leading them slowly through. Rather she pushes past and pays him no mind as her excited form joyously explores. A pep in her step all until they reach the enormous area. Little is there to say about such a place. Nor does Donovan even have words. He thinks the same for the pale female that slinks down into the water after taking a few laps out of it. She shoots him a most inviting look and Donovan gives a sultry smirk back to her. Then of course he follows her in. Always chasing after her it seems.

The water hugs him on all sides as he steps into the shallow end. His eyes on the female with a devilish twinkle in them, he bows his head to take a few laps himself. His black-purple tongue swipes up a few tonguefuls of water and before they know it Donovan is slurping his tongue back into his mouth and he’s sauntering closer to Simmik where she stands in the cool water.

“This lighting makes you look stunning, dear. As if you already weren’t before.” He hums lowly to her once he reaches the she wolf.

Just after if words are said, it’s like he can’t help himself, he leans in closer, warming their bodies from contact. His devious tongue flicks out sensually luck at her ear and then he seats himself lower nibbling her neck.

As hoped, he wasted no time following her into the water after meeting her look with a smile that made her heart flutter in her chest. Her eyes were drawn to the places where the water weighted his coat down against his toned, muscular form, and she blatantly looked him over with a heated gaze before slowly lifting her eyes to meet his. She continued to watch him as he drank from the icy pool, her fiery gaze following the movement of his tongue each time it disappeared beneath the surface of the water before he drew it back into his mouth.

The view was nice, as always, but after a few moments, she grew impatient and wanted him to come closer. As if he was reading her thoughts, Donovan lifted his head then and slowly made his way through the water to her. His compliment had an appreciative smile curving her lips and she looked up at him. Then he pressed against her and slowly swiped his tongue along the sensitive skin of her ear, making her shiver for a whole different reason than the initial shock from the chill of the water. I was thinking the same about you in the water, she murmured as he made his way to her neck. She leaned further into him and then lifted her head and tilted her neck more towards him to give him better access; she was perfectly content to bask in his compliments and affection.

EVERYTHING FROM THIS POST ON IS GOING TO BE MATURE. 18+ Please!

Mature Content Warning

This thread has been marked as mature. By reading and/or participating in this thread, you acknowledge that you are of age or have permission from your parents to do so.

The participants have indicated the following reason(s) for this warning: Sexual Content

The great wolf dog grins when he feels her shudder beneath him. Something is telling him that’s it’s not the water doing that to her either. Even as she gives her own compliment, he continues lavishing her in licks and bites with only a curiousOh?” as his reaction. He enraptured by the her glimmering, silver fur and the way way the light paint colors over the she wolf as if she were a canvas. Beautiful hints of aquamarine and royal blue dance along her form. He can’t seem to take his eyes off.

His mind is also occupied, or rather distracted from any other thoughts. Not allowing his attention to go elsewhere but the female before him. Then as she bares her neck for him — a most submissive behavior for them — he’s almost surprised. As aghast he is, he’d be daft to not take such an opportunity to continue. So as he does, he hesitantly opens his maw just a tad bit wider, eyes flick up to be sure of his decision and gauge her reaction, he bites soft enough not to hurt, but still rougher than he had previously. Large, dangerous canines sifting through her thick fur as he does so. Only to trail up to meet her eyes as his tongue laps languidly across her whiskers, nose, lips.

The air is heavy with a certain tension and Donovan attempts not to spring into the poor wolf. He takes it slow and steady. Soft with a touch of roughness known to his personality. He wants to do many an unspeakable thing to her, yet he knows his place. So he continues granting her with kisses to her maw, then traveling to the opposite side to groom and lick her soft ears. He could do this shit all day.

Mmm hmm she answered distractedly, her focus completely on the roaming of his tongue and teeth. She did, however, notice his slight hesitation when she offered him her neck and placed herself in a somewhat vulnerable position. She hadn't done it by accident; she wouldn't have done it at all had she not been sure she could trust him with the offering. In this moment, she was more than fine letting him be the one in control. He didn't keep her waiting for long, though; she felt his teeth against the delicate skin of her neck, his bite not so delicate. When he glanced up, he would find fiery orange looking back. There would be no signs of discomfort—only a heat in her gaze that spoke to how much she liked what he was doing. Aside from the rapid movement of her chest as quick breaths moved in and out of her nose, she was still as he move up her neck, his teeth moving roughly through her fur. He offered kisses to her muzzle and lips, and she offered her own urgent ones in return.

She felt the tension too, like every atom in her body burned for one thing, and he was the only one that could soothe the burning. The feeling only intensified with his affection that somehow seemed rough but also gentle at the same time. In the past, this was about the time that he pulled away and left her reeling and a puddle of need, so she was expecting that at any moment; it made her heart slam against her ribs in anxious anticipation of the frustration that would follow. A hard swallow moved down her throat as she wondered how much more he would wind her up before letting her go. She felt completely at his mercy—something that might bug her later but now, she didn't really care. Her mind was only focused on him and leaning into whatever affection he offered. When she could, she lightly nipped his neck or jaw in return, also unable to help herself.

Sorry I took so long to reply! :’>

He swears he can feel her heartbeat when he nips at her throat and the way she fervently laps at his his own muzzle almost has him grinning teasingly. Though after his dangerous assault on her neck and his licks and kisses meet her opposite ear he stops. His breath brushing against her ear and his voice is lowly and sultry when he speaks to the female that has captured his undivided attention.

“Tell me to stop.” He hums smoothly in her ear. “Because I’ll have to keep going if you don’t.” The last part leaves his lips more dangerous than the first. The heat they both feel shining through his suggestive words. Pure passion can be found in the undertones of his deep voice and he’s feeling much too hot to stop himself from positively attacking her.

nw!

The hum of his words against her ear sent a shiver down her spine. Heat surged through her veins and she felt like she might explode soon. She swallowed again, managing to rein herself in and meet his gaze. I don't want you to stop, she told him, her voice low and sure. Stopping was the absolute last thing she wanted him to do; she knew that beyond a doubt. But she did want play a bit first. Perhaps it was the sudden rush of nerves that came with her admission or maybe just that she wanted to prolong this moment where she held his complete attention. Either way, she offered a playful nip to his jaw before trotting through the water back to solid ground.

Once she left the water, she shook her coat out while still turned away from Donovan. Her fiery gaze searched for his as she turned to look over her shoulder, her expression dark and inviting him to come to her. Then she moved her tongue over the fur on her chest to clean the places that seemed unkempt as she waited. She wasn't focused on her task at all; instead, her attention was solely on him even if her gaze wasn't. She wanted him to come make good on his promise, especially now that he knew exactly what she wanted.
