@Hydra was not prompt, and Osiris wondered what possibly could have been holding her up. Like Priamfaya, he felt incredibly awkward, and just wanted to get this meeting done. 

When the silence became too much for Osiris, he tipped his head back and howled for his mother, requesting an ETA for her arrival. If Hydra were busy, Osiris would gladly take over this meeting, but he needed her permission first.
