Can one of my future characters be afflicted with gigantism?

If I were to really be specific with the growth chart, and how it affects them (very short lifespan no more than 4 years old, headaches, insomnia, growing deafness, joint pain, and eventual weakness).

Gigantism is fine afaik, look at Greyback! :P

Gigantism is fine - there are a few characters as far as I know that have it. :)

We do have a hard limit on what the max height is we accept — it was set factoring in gigantism as a possibility.

This has come up a few times in CM discussion as we’ve had players concerned about realism. We hate to impose hard limits because it is semi-realism and we don’t want to stifle creativity, but unless you can find a certified source backing up a characters (extreme) height, don’t go too crazy! Until there is a documented/certified source that says otherwise, we won’t be adjusting our hard limit so keep that in mind. <3
