All Welcome
With Pelagius returned to the islands to claim his rightful role, Ptolemy seized the opportunity to return to the place where he'd found The Hierophant. There were no packs along this stretch of the coast, but his brother had come from the water, and so the Speaker turned his eyes to the sea. When his gaze focused on the island, he could only laugh.

Was it not a fitting place?

Unaware of the land bridge at low tide, he swam out to the island. Born to the sea, Ptolemy was not troubled by the crossing but a bit winded; he had been long parted from the water, only recently returned to it. He did not intend to depart again. The Speaker shook out his coat and called out for the leaders of this place, seeking an audience with those he hoped had harbored The Hierophant. If they had, then they might know if the others lived, where they were.

But he would need to be careful.

HELLO SIR HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST

Someone was here.
Someone Dinah had never seen before; someone who skulked and paced reptilian just along the coast, and she'd caught sight of him at apparently just the right time.
She had not inherited her mother's hospitality, she'd come to learn. Padding on spindly limbs through the sagebrush and wildflowers, she appears in front of him with pride in her gait; shoulders neatly pressed back, ears in a fine prick. Eyes of pure azure ever watchful, glimmering; and as her own nostrils flare, she comes to a halt at a safe distance. Go away.

Malakai and Dinah did not often get along. Quite frankly, he didn't quite get along or was close to any of his siblings savor @Judah. Whilst he loved them surely, as he grew, by the teachings of his parents, he had learned to out God before all others. So, he did.
This day, however, he was meant to be at his sister's side. Like she, he would catch the sight of the stranger at a distance, followed soon by his sister. Kai, though merely four months old, did not show any ounce or hesitation or fear as he marched over to them.
Kai held the same proud mannerisms as she as he came to stand close to her side. They did not get along but in the face of strangers, Sweetharbor must be united. You tresspass onto holy lands, stranger. He speaks cooly, his bi-color uses scrutinizing.
