Heron Lake Plateau Rock and a hard place.

Niamh glanced to Ceara, who- not surprisingly, knew Ikkuma as well. She gave her packmate a quiet chuff of greeting, but her attention was almost entirely captivated by Raven, whose tension seemed to rise fairly quickly. Her eyes slid back to the stranger, and they narrowed when Raven said something that made Niamh believe the red-marked loner had said they owed her something. Her lips pursed, and Niamh too tensed- the female had helped take care of the cougar, but she wasn’t entirely sure a life was owed for that fact. 

Regardless, Raven’s word was law- and Niamh remembered the amount of time and effort that had gone into taking care of Rosalyn- and she’d poofed without even giving them thanks. She nodded in agreement with Raven, even though she was grateful that Ikkuma had helped in the fight against the cougar. 

She seemed desparate, though, and willing to more or less take care of herself with her own resources- as long as she was told what those were. Niamh wasn’t in favor of turning the female away without any help at all, so she glanced between Raven and Ceara. ”She helped Caiaphas and I fight off a cougar; that being said, it was a conjoint effort, though Caiaphas took it on head first.” She admitted. Out of the three of them, Caiaphas had been the baddest of the badasses. Though she wnated to help Ikkuma a bit- she didn’t dare cross her alpha. “We were all in danger. Our reward was that we all got away alive.” She summarized. She felt, though, that if Raven would permit them to get the herbs elsewhere- or at least tell her what to do to kill the infection, at least that nicety would repay the stranger for sticking her neck out on the line for two packwolves. 

To Raven, then, she signed- knowing the stranger wouldnMt understand. -If you can tell me what she needs, I’ll help her a bit. Just not with our own supplies. Ceara knows her- maybe she’ll help. But it’s totally your call.- Niamh wouldn’t object to simply walking away- that was Raven’s decision. But if she was permitted to help, she’d do just enough so that she didn’t feel the reputation of the pack would suffer.[/i][/b]
