Sialuk and Elentari had successful deliveries. Two singletons now counted themselves among Moonspear’s ranks - a boy and a girl full of life and energy. It was a happy time within the pack. Towhee had returned for a visit and Kukutux had come to watch over the new mothers.

Njord set out early in the morning on a solo hunt to feed the pack. He followed a fresh trail around Moonspear’s foothills towards Ghost Lion Crag. From there, a lovely view of the verdant Tuku Hinterlands could be enjoyed. Njord spotted Sun Mote Copse and its sparkling river and felt the sudden urge to explore it.

He was eager to learn what game the territory supported. Could his family truly thrive here? The man crossed into the lowlands and scented the wind.
