All Welcome
After kissing Tamar good morning and whispering soft things to each of his children, Arsenio had struck out and made his way toward the vale’s borders.

The redstone figure trotted easily across the land. He had not grown to know it quite as well as he had known the canyon, or even the mesa, but Arsenio knew that such knowledge would come with time spent in the vale. He admired the beauty of it. It was a good home.

Hoping for the company of one of the others, the mercenary man drew back his head and called for @Finch or @Meadow to join him. He hoped they might accept but understood if they had other tasks that needed to be completed first. Arsenio paused at the edge of the vale where water ran into a thin river. He drank from it before pressing on.

When a call came from the Arche, Finch responded with his own soft call, then swiftly made his way towards his leader. He found the red male at one of the many rivers, and he greeted him with a friendly chuff and wave of his tail.

Arsenio, he said easily, grinning, How does the day find you?

She trailed the waters edge, following the sound of her leader’s summon. Finch had arrived moments before, and she sidled closer to the two, silver fur glinting in the cool autumnal sunshine. “Morning,” she offered both, an incline of her muzzle offered, though her form holding more deference to the Arche.

She had found herself restless the night before but she was eager to begin her day—and hopefully, learn more of her pack and offer some of her own insight.

Finch’s voice was heard, an answering call. Arsenio smiled, pleased that he would have company with the friendly figure. Their first joiner had proven himself to be something of a joy to be around. He was kind, respectful, swift to assist in anything the Arche had needed, and he carried himself with a humbleness that the Greek man had never seen before. Arsenio was pleased to have Finch among them.

Meadow arrived, as well. The mercenary smiled to them both, tail waving in greeting. He was unlike Germanicus in this. They were masters of their own skills, or they had the potential for it. Arsenio did not wish to treat them like pawns in a greater scheme. He wanted to know them for their passions and their strengths.

Greetings to you both, Meadow, Finch, the redstone wolf offered them a toothy smile. I had hoped to get to know you both more closely. Already you are making yourselves known in Epoch and I wish to share my pleasure with you. Come, let us patrol the vale and we will speak of the future.

Arsenio motioned for them to walk alongside him and he set their path to the borders of the peaceful pack land.

With a quiet tip of her muzzle in quiet regard of the other male beside their leader, Meadow fell into step beside them both, silent for the moment as she listened to Arsenio speak for a moment.

Their ranks were small and so she knew the wolf was simply looking to become more familiar with his comrades. You chose a lovely home, she offered int turn, waiting to see what he truly wished to discuss.

It was a walk to touch only on the simplest aspects of them--a trio looking to familiarize themselves with one another on a basic level, and she could appreciate Arsenio initiating the desire to get to know his pack mates.

A gesture that sat well with the aspiring healer and her choice to make Epoch a home.
