She was about to go into a fit over her weird paw when a sound nearby distracted her. Her small white head shot up, eyes wide as she looked for the source of the noise. Gingerly, she lowered her paw--it didn't go down all the way; that couldn't be right, either!--and pricked her ears, waiting to decide whether to stay or flee.

A grey boy she hadn't seen before appeared, icy blue eyes blinking back at her in the dim light. He looked just about as old as Vaati or Ganondorf, but didn't look like either of them in any other way. Maegi frowned for an instant, trying to figure out who this could possibly be.
