She prickled a bit indignantly at the implication that she needed to do the getting to know, recalling the way their meeting had gone.  But she did not argue; not yet.  The pointed stare and complete dismissal warned her against it, and she was about as eager for the change of subject as he seemed to be.

She nodded enthusiastically at his suggestion and followed, ready to do something else and always down for a swim.  Mostly.  It was a tad cold, but still better than standing around focusing on what she needed to do or not do when it came to his sister.  "Now there's an idea," she agreed with a grin.
