Arric had been fighting longer than Cygnet had been even a thought in her mothers mind. And he knew defense well. However the problem was in fact that he was giant and Cygnet was very small. So she could get under his guard a little easier than he had anticipated.

She was a little fury fluff and he was a little salty about it. But she was holding her own. Though he missed a step and his growl grew and before he knew it blood welled from his leg.

She was a fast learner. He slammed his head forward aiming a headbutt to her side or shoulder hoping to knock her ass over end. And put a stop to this before she did get hurt. Or even him.
