All Welcome
Sadey had woken with a start a few days ago, when a howl had rang out upon them. It was with a shake of her head and a lowered gaze that she realized Ole Briggs had left her behind. She hadn't needed him to take her, but it would have been nice he told her in person, but that was just the type of person the ole bastard was. Crotchety, rude, ignorant. Yea she was beginning to remember why she disliked him so. There could be loyalty between the two, but not that much.

The she wolf walked herself among the borders of Natigvik. She would do what she could to help those that helped her at least until Reno came and they all went elsewhere again, unless Reno settled her for true. Well then she was in a different quandary all together. Cause she liked him better than Briggs. Like an annoying brother, that you couldn't help but love.

She left her mark upon the trees. Covering up the scent of Colt and whomever he had with him. She didn't want the she wolf Sakhmet to fly into a rage. However, the leader of the little familial band seemed content to have her husband back, and didn't want ole briggs anymore.

Setting this current for redd <3 I know it isn't for her though. This may be quick since she doesn't really speak!

The others had left and Redd could too.  She'd gone farther than perhaps she should, but to scout was important.  She knew the way home.

The morraine was like nothing she'd ever seen, but as soon as she crossed it she was faced with a forest.  Redd glanced back at the rise, silhouetted in the distance, and then began to explore its edge.  She would find lunch and then return.  Somewhere there would be a trail for game.

Sadey continued on her way, and she was surprised from her musings by a small red thing. A youngling she was fairly certain. Sadey was not the mothering kind, never had been. Imagined she'd never be, but she could at least get the little somewhere out of teh borders.

Hey there child. You passed into territory that isn't yours. Let's get you out of here yea?

Redd knew that borders were not to be crossed, but the signal was muddied beneath the trail she now followed intently.  Her focus was there.

A strange woman appeared.  Redd lifted her silent gaze to stare a moment, then without a word, lowered her nose once more.

She would be gone soon.  There was no threat yet.

For whatever reason, Lilia chose to take some risks- and venture outside of the pack's claimed territory. Risky things were things she was supposed to do now, right? So she could learn to be brave. When she caught the scent of Redd's tracks, she remembered the girl from the meeting. Kind of angry looking, hyper-focused. Less words, more actions kind of wolf, likely...Not an easy one to win over. Avicus told her to work on her fighting skills, sure- but she knew if she was to be a queen, she would have to be liked by her subjects, not just able to subdue them through physical force.

So she followed along the older girl's trail, and picked up her pace a bit so she might catch up. She felt insecure about travelling this far away, but she could smell water- and water was always a good way to find your way back where you came from, as long as it was the same source of water. The Rise was visible in the distance, anyway, so Lilia wasn't too concerned.

She did grow concerned, though. Just as she managed to catch up with Redd, another wolf cut her travels short. Redd looked content to leave, but Lilia was curious. She sniffed. She moved to Redd's side, casually, trying to create strength in numbers. "Whothe tewwitowy ith it, now?" Lilia responded, cooly. "Thee that rithe, ova thea? That'th owa home. Gueth that maketh uth neighbows." She said steadily, waiting to see just how hospital this new neighbour might be.

Before the other child could even speak, then there was another. Sadey sighed and stared at them both, hard. The one that had just came was a bit more talkative than the other, though the way she spoke. There was something wrong there, but hit was her concern. Not really.

Aye, that we are. So let's get the two of you home. You're near Natigvik.

Sadey moved and boldly stepped in front of the Redd girl, who had turned her nose back to the ground. Sadey followed the girls path and bent her head to stare the girl right in the eye fiercely.

This is not your territory. Consider yourself lucky your a child, and i like your spunk, but borders is borders. So go on git.

Redd wanted so badly to ignore her insistence.  The borders were near and she could scent the prey she'd been tracking still... she could chase it from their lands and catch it where they could not argue.  She wondered if this would still be stealing.

Would her leader allow it in the Rise?  Redd lifted her head finally and looked at Sadey with a long paused stare in return, meeting her gaze with a challenge of inquisitiveness more than aggression.  Then she lowered her eyes, deferring.

She would leave and seek prey elsewhere.

Without paying much attention to the girl who had followed her, Redd turned and began to set off on the path she'd come. While she didn't directly seek to make a connection with Lilia, she also made no moves to prevent her from following or attempting herself.  They were pack and this would always come first.

"We can handlw owathelveth," Lilia proclaimed. They didn't need an escort, not when they knew their way home- and frankly, she didn't really want this woman following them. She spoke in a way that was too familiar to the way the red-eyed man had spoken. She still didn't believe that they could not hunt there, but Redd seemed content to rove off, and hunt elsewhere, so not wanting to be left gabbing with the stranger, she gave her a nod and began to follow Redd away.

She waited a while, before she spoke in a hushed whisper. "You ever hewd of Natigvik, or wath she makin' that up? Theemed kinda thuth to me."
