All Welcome
He'd just found out @Jakub was missing and it rankled. He'd only been out for a little while. Where had his nephew gone? It was maddening.

He pushed himself to trace the borders any scent long gone. He sighed, defeated. He just had to go and get sick didn't he.

He wondered if @Akavir had any luck, but he had settled to his haunches allowing himself a break because frankly his body was still rebelling a little.

Viinturuth had returned from an unsuccessful hunt, made irritated that his prey had managed to evade him. It happened often - no predator could make a kill on every attempt - but considering the recent turmoil his brother had faced, the pale ranger had hoped to provide a decent meal for him.

On his approach to Swiftcurrent territory, he spotted a raven-pelted figure as he lowered to his haunches. He was taller than Akavir and void of the silver points that Viinturuth and his littermate shared. He felt safe to assume this wolf to be Arric, who he'd learned through brother to serve the pack as Beta.

Keen to acquaint himself with his new comrade, Viinturuth veered his way to greet him with a low sweep of his alabaster tail.

A small tick in his shoulder when a new face came. He didn't know the wolf, but gathered from the cast of his face and the fact that Eshe had told him of Akavir's brother. Though she hadn't met him herself yet. That this was Viinturuth.

Akavir often called Arric a giant, a fact he found amusing. Being that Akavir wasn't exactly small. But Arric was aware of his size and his heft.

Blue eyes turned to the newcomer and he dipped his head low in greeting, but he didn't move. He wasn't keen on spending more time abed, he'd been there long enough thanks.

Hello.

Hey, he returned the dark wolf's greeting and eased to a halt close by, his pallid tail easing to hang limp at his strong hocks. In large part, he expected some might be eager to keep a close eye on him - curious to note if he might receive preferential treatment because he was the Alpha's brother. Viinturuth had expectation of such and no intention of rocking the boat in Swiftcurrent's ranks. He was content to fit himself in wherever he might belong.

He lifted his muzzle, dark eyes searching gently; Arric looked tired, and the pale ranger wondered if he'd exhausted himself much in the same manner as Alavir. I'm Viinturuth, he offered, you must be Arric?

An amused smil it up his face at the almost parroting. He briefly wondered if his brother was as snarky as Akavir.

One curse or blessing honestly Arric wasn't sure, of himself was that he had confidence and security in himself. So he wasn't to concerned about ranks. He had earned his place and if here were knocked out if it woukd bw for a good reason and he would probably have done something.

Well met. I am Arric yes. Finding yourself around well?
