For instance, if Blodreina happens to meet her untimely death via the BWP could Roangeda still form with a different leader, so long as that character meets the requirements? Or would the application have to be resubmitted by that person under that toon’s account?

So long as everything else stays the same and the new leader meets the requirements, I am ok with this. The only problem I can see is that they wouldn’t be able to see the original pack application, so it would need to be re-posted as the new leader, since that’s how we finalize pack formation.

I’ll let the other CMs weigh in as well! :)

I’m with Rem! I’m okay with it too, provided everything stays the same save the leader. ^^
now the wren has gone to roost and the sky is turning gold,
and like the sky, my soul is also turning.
