Osiris nodded after a brief pause. "I understand," he drawled, still considering everything that Dirge had said. Moonspear had existed for several generations and was one of the more stable packs in the wilderness; it made sense that they would seek such relationships. 

The mention of Neverwinter Forest caused him to snort. Osiris wasn't the biggest fan of their neighbors. "You think?" he asked, glancing sidelong at his father, "I can't say I'm really a fan of them—they keep hunting in the glen." He tsk'd and shook his head; they knew better than to hunt in Firefly Glen.
