 Apparently Rosalyn would make it there first.  The snow was still coming down thick and she was loathe to pull herself from shelter, but she couldn't ignore the summons when it called to the young wolves who she'd met earlier that day.  One a re-meeting, yet the first with real conversation.

She pushed her way through the elements to where Arbiter waited and watched as the strange woman appeared from the gloom.  She cut an imposing figure.
