You’re already a fantastic older sister, Meerkat murmured in agreement, stretching over her partially eaten meal to nose Mireille’s cheek. Drawing back to resume eating, she added, Come as close as you like and don’t hesitate to talk to them. They can’t hear but I’m certain they can sense it anyhow.
