Fennec continued to listen, tracking silently along until Chanel alerted her that they were closing in.  She slunk up, listening carefully, but couldn't hear anything.  Just... tell me were to run.  Exactly.  She replied back, more of a breath than speaking so as to maintain their cover.  She wouldn't be able to see, but she could take off in a direction if it meant they could corner the creature.

In the heat of the moment, Chanel might not want to call orders, but once the chase began stealth hardly mattered.  Figment had always adjusted for both of them, though, and Fennec fell into the assumption that Chanel would do the same.
