Bramblepoint what's my line

Fennec had a hard time imagining how she got anything from bones.  It sounded like what she gained from her own interpretations of the 'signs', but she used touch for only a portion.  It didn't occur to her there might be something visual to read.

Please, Fennec answered, with more emphasis than normal.  I've done similar, but not with bones.  If you like, I could tell you your future? Or answer a question in return.  She didn't know much about Sialuk, but knowing that the girl was a believer was more than enough.

And there was a small part of the cynical Fennec that was curious... and that small, small measure was extremely curious of what Sialuk might find with her bones.
