Luckily, she didn't pry.  In future days, Rosalyn would come to rue failing to discuss more, because there were things perhaps that would go awry as a result.  Currently, all was well between the two of them, and it was better to share in light company than to dwell on the cliffs.

She followed gladly, enjoying the feel of Erzulie's flank on her own as they brushed against one another during the walk.  It seemed like she always missed their closeness, no matter how short a time it was gone.  It was good to be together now.
