"Mhmm". Fascinating.  Rosalyn didn't understand a lick of it, but the other woman had agreed, so hurrah! Goal met.  There was an obvious follow up here, but Roz wasn't sure she wanted to know.

"It doesn't make much sense to me either, so I'll let you know when we'll check it out."  She might nab one more for the trip also.  

Unbeknownst to her, she'd be injured before the next low tide, and the wait would be longer.  But for now she nodded a farewell and departed with a smile, intending to call her the next time the swells decreased.
