Attempting to open Quicklinks in a new tab from a new post that has been previewed results in a file upload error message.

1. Go to post a new reply in a thread, or create a new thread
2. Preview your post
3. Attempt to open Quicklinks in a new tab
4. Receive a file upload error

@Taikon I think this is fine too!

Or at least not broken functionality. the "Quicklinks" link isn't actually a link, so what you are doing is opening a new tab with the same thread preview url.
What you'd want to do instead is click on Quicklinks within the same tab, then open one of the actual links in the dropdown in a new tab.
