It did not seem that his manly pride was wounded because of the change, but she made a mental note that at the moment not only Towhee had taken the place as Female No.1 in the Firebirds, but Bronco was the sole eligible and desirable good-looking bachelor in the pack. Too bad there weren't many ladies he could woo with his charms. 

"I've been better," Wraen shrugged, not really wishing to delve in too many details of her state.
