Rodyn lifted his maw as they overlooked the Caribou. Yellow eyes glinting with delight. He lived for this. He lifted his muzzle and called a mixed group. Eyeing each and everyone. He looked to the wolf Katmai. He would lead this one.

Hello Wolves! I'm Rodyn Ardeth. Welcome to the great hunt and gathering. I hope you are finding enjoyment while here. Remember to work together. Katmai will be your organizer. He is of the pack Dawnspear. Enjoy yourselves.

He would stay long enough to be sure this working paired well and that everyone would listen. And do as they were told. He felt an itch to start running. he was ready.

The Waterman heeded the call of his First Hunter, happy for the man whom each year would travel great distances to spread word of this hunt and the trade which would be there. Then, would organize the groups for the first of many hunts, doing well to place those of different people's and places, so that they may come to know one another. 

At home, Valiant and Raindrop took charge in their absence and when Arrluk and the rest of Moonglow returned, they would be greeted with new pups in the hearth of the newly wed pair. 

Now, however, his focus was onto the hunt and those which would run at his side this day. Hello to you all. It is good to meet your faces. I am Arrluk of the village Moonglow.

Katmai was surprised when he was put in charge of organizing their group. He noted each face, smiling broadly at Arrluk when he spoke.

"I am Katmai, from the newly formed village of Dawnspear," he said, taking his turn to introduce himself. He left out his supposed title, not yet comfortable claiming it.

"What positions and tasks are you most comfortable with?" he asked them, looking around at those gathered. "My teeth are strong and sharp, but I am not as fast as some of you may be."

Sven stepped forward. His voice answering the questions asked. Strong and sure with the undercurrent of gentliness he always carried. A steely gint in the grey of his eyes. 

I am Sven and I have grown up in the plains and valleys. I am fast. I will run where you need. And my teeth are sharp, though my size maybe smaller than some. I am hearty. 

A wink to the leader. I look forward to this hunt with all of you.
