King Elk Forest like a dream

Well, in the very least, he'd gained a hunting companion- once, of course, they gathered more members to take down the elk. There was the chance as well that they might return to the woodlands to find that the elk herd had moved on, but hopefully if they were able to find some of his packmates quickly enough, they'd be able to track them down and launch a proper hunt again. He didn't realize it, but Miriam had likely saved his life- something he should have thanked her for...But he was oblivious to that fact, as per usual. 

Like Maia, this was yet another woman who didn't want to settle down and join a pack just yet. He sighed. "Alright. You got another pack you're after joining?" he asked, wondering if she might simply have her eyes set on another home location. Maybe she had family in these parts- it was impossible to say. He'd almost forgotten the fact that they hadn't been introduced until she spoke her name, and he nodded in greeting, and responded with a much more brusque greeting. "Bronco."
