She was glad to know that her Regent - despite initial misgivings - had accepted Arcturus in the pack and that the fellow was young, innocent and bright enough to take Meerkat's mom's words as a rock solid truth. 

"Well, he did say that he helped raise his younger siblings. And it is nice that he has someone to bond with," she said. "Kids are great that way - they have a lot of unconditional love to give," she mused and then, as a thought entered her mind, she studied Towhee briefly and grinned. "So, are you considering him as a potential marriage material in the future?"
