Along the lines of "charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent" in choosing the best name for her kid. Hearing this name she could not even spell out correctly, she made a mental not of telling her sister that she should not go too far in the uniqueness department. Poor kid was porbably never going to be called by its full name. "Puss" or "Surpluss" were very likely candidates.
