Sunrise over the Teekon Wilds, and Reverie woke to find the world changed forever.

Across countless miles, over hills and under trees, through streams and flowered fields, another sun was setting. And though she did not know, could not know — somehow, she knew. Something had happened. Something was wrong.

The world had changed.

She awoke with a start, and parted from her husband in silence. Just outside their den, she watched the sun rise over the trees. But it was not so bright as it had been yesterday. She listened to the birds singing their greeting to the world. But it was not so beautiful as it had been before.

Reverie wept, and she did not know why.
