Rodyn watched as she kept wiping her eyes. He frowned.

I'll make sure to bring you a leaf of fresh water. To flush out your eyes. And i'll soak some hide too.

He nodded. I look forward to it. A soft laugh. Many wolves were easy with their stomwches and lived on them. Rodyn liked to eat but not like some.

When they got to the den, Ariadne stopped in front of the entrance, turned to Rodyn, and looked up at him with a smile and wagging tail. Well, I guess this is it, she said, knowing that this was likely the last time she would see him before he came back to Moonglow to pick her up. 

My plan is to leave early in the morning to return to Moonglow. I have to stop on the way home to see Dutch to apologize to him, so this might be goodbye for now ... She felt a bit sad leaving, but she knew she'd be back soon.
