As Reverie's weight dwindled dangerously and her figure turned sharp-edged and ridged with prominent bones, another horror made itself known. A... lump, she thought, positioned awkwardly low on her belly; subtle at first, but as the days passed it became readily apparent to anyone looking. She tried not to look.
