Her expression was solemn as she took in Akavir's news. Etienne...? The questioning murmur slipped from her unbidden, but Reverie said nothing more for now. Instead she turned her gaze to Arric as he spoke, and her eyes darkened with his question.

Mae and Cygnet - are they...? She might have said okay, but that seemed foolish. Instead Reverie trailed off with her gaze lingering on Akavir. The other questions could be answered in time - and it was clear that Arric and Akavir had much to speak about, too. The only thing to be done, she thought, was gingerly tend those few matters of the heart which might be soothed with a simple word or two.
