Sun Mote Copse so rested he by the tumtum tree

By the time the shaking stopped, Bronco was thoroughly shaken himself, and wobbled as he walked even on steady ground toward Elfie and Sugar Glider, who was soaked. Bits of rock still fell into the water, and the dust that had been released still hung in a cloud on the air though it dissipated slowly. He'd been far enough away from the area where the wave had surged up that he hadn't gotten wet, but the ground was soppy beneath his feet as the water receded toward its usual banks, with the exception of the area where the large boulder had forced the water to find a new path. His coat collected a fine coating of dust and small pebbles, but he was otherwise unharmed- unlike both Elfie and Sugar, who both looked worse for wear. Sugar was soaked and obviously fairly dazed and unsettled, and it looked like Elfie had taken a smack to the face by something. 

"Shug," He called, and coughed on the dust. He moved to her first- and while he was a bit concerned for Elfie, he still hadn't forgiven the boy for the way he'd spoken about Colt. He nosed her cheek and checked her over. "You Okay?" He asked, and more out of obligation, sent a glance in Elfie's direction, and frowned. One side of his face was already puffy, and looked sore. "We need ta get further away from here," He said. While he didn't figure the others were in the best condition to be moving right at once, he wasn't sure they were safe there, either. "C'n you guys move?" He asked.
