All Welcome
For any. Maybe if @Bronco wants to pop up?

Swift. She moved through the Glen at a quickened pace, moving along the outskirts of it not far from where the much more open glen met up with the thick forestry of her home. She wouldn't stray far from home, not alone and she was on high alert as she scouted out for any unwanted guests. Knowing that there was spies in the area, lingering as known as The Saints, she patrolled for any news.

The afternoon was chilled, the skies clouded. The Glen was always a rather shadowed area on it's own, teaming with stream and creek which made the lands flood at the simplest of rains. She was glad not for it now, the earth just pleasantly damp. She sniffs and of course smells Moonspear. These were claimed as their hunting grounds whilst Vallkyrie took hold to the open plains north of home. But their scent was stronger. Not wolves just moving for search of food. A claim? She pauses, curiosity and concern tugging her.

With the fallen leaves dry and brittle as paper, Bronco found himself second-guessing each and every rustle he heard, mistaking the sound of dry leaves tossed on the wind with the possibility that there might be a jackrabbit nearby. One he'd seen earlier had already begun to grow in some of its white winter fluff, particularly in behind its ears and along its long, springy legs...But he'd failed at that hunt. So he continued, wandering toward the Northern end and alongside the small streambeds that laced their way through the glen like wandering ribbons. It was then that he heard something and lifted his head to see a blur of darkness loping through the grasses.

He had to squint at first to see who it was- and the white blaze upon the wolf's chest was unmistakeable, setting her apart from the others- brothers Atlas and Antares- who were similarly coloured. He called out with a bark and began to bounce through the tall, yellowing grasses toward her, tail waving happily from side to side behind him.

There is a quick bark-a call out to her which has the huntress stop sudden, head lifted high enough so that the river of white she wore shown through easily to see. There, she spots a large burnished man and knowing not too many of golden and brown wolves personally, quickly takes note of who it to be.

Always such a friendly face, I see? She smiles to him as lean legs trot nearer to close the distance more quickly so. There is a new glow to him, no, a shimmer which the light would ever often catch though the glen woodland. And why now do you shimmer like a fish? Her head cocks to the side, curious. She had seen fish scales shimmer like this under water plenty but not ever on a wolf.

He did recall that Vallkyrie had mentioned a sister, a twin once- but the way she brightened up when she saw him led him to believe that he was three-for-three in terms of meeting with her, rather than Valencia. He offered her an affectionate, rumbling growl as he moved forward to give her cheek a soft nudge, and sniff her jaw in a wolfish way of greeting, and checking in on her welfare. She seemed in good spirits and in good condition, which comforted him to know. The last time he'd seen her, it had been to warn the Neverwinter Forest wolves about the spy that had passed their way.

"I've got some good news," He responded, but he chuckled at her comment about his fur. He shimmied his shoulders a bit, as if to show off, before he relaxed and shook his head. "Can thank the mountain for that. I'd been sleepin' in a cave full of mica dust," He said. "But I won't be there for too much longer; a bunch of us are moving here, to the Glen, as a sort of sister-pack to Moonspear so...Guess we're gonna be sort of, even closer neighbours," He said with a sheepish grin.

He rumbles at her, sniffing her jowls and nudging. She stands quick, irrect, tail high and head held the same. A dominant display, but playful. Tail waving like a banner, she makes a jolting movement around him, examining in the same manner, her nose sniffing loudly along his ear. She is curious of this 'dust' as he explains it, which came from a cavern. Vallkyrie had seen sand and dirt, clay and crystal. Crystals, in the caverns, sparkled as well and they were so very pretty.

Maybe I'll see it, one day. @Hydra and her had gotten along well enough, though the sleek woman didnt know if visiting the woman's home would be on the list. Maybe, one day, perhaps.

Either way, her thoughts of that were quickly pushed to the side in lieu of Bronco mentioning his good news and the information to follow. Bronco grinned, happy for it, to which Kyr smiles lightly, though it could be told their was questioning in her gaze. Yes, right next door..I'll inform my pack not to move directly southward. She at first murmured. She knew her own relationship with the mountain Queen was all and well, but there was a past between Moonspear and Neverwinter beyond her time here. Perhaps beyond Bronco's too. I just hope we stay in Moonspear's good grace. Wouldnt want to be run off... Though Mal and Hydra seem to be eye to eye as it were. Who will govern the Glen?

*was snooping in NWF* here's your answer <3

"Oh, wull, you could come visit!" He offered eagerly, when Vallkyrie expressed a keen interest in potentially seeing a bit of Moonspear. She looked like the sort who would do well on the mountain, being as nimble and agile as she was. She'd probably take to it the same way Desdemona was, and Des was now more or less a permanent, guardian fixture on the mountain.

He felt a bit sheepish when Vallkyrie mentioned the proximity of the pack, and he knew, of course, that it might have been a bit uncomfortable for the Neverwinter Forest wolves, having a pack that wasn't a branch of their own, come so close. But they would benefit from the protection too- Bronco was sure of it. If any should come with the intention of harming the Neverwinter Forest wolves, Bronco would be among the first in line to see to it that they weren't touched.

His eyes widened when she went on to further imagine the Neverwinter wolves getting chased out- and he chook his head vehemently. "Oh, no, for sure not!" He said, stepping forward to make a soft nip at her cheek fur. "C'mon, Val; I wouldn't let that happen. Our leader here is Hydra's son, Osiris," He explained. "The founders are mostly him, his two brothers, myself, and a few others from the mountain- a sort of...Younger crowd, so none of us got grudges or anything like that. Osiris is super level-headed, and fair. He's built strong, like Hydra of course, but he's got a kind heart. Not that Hydra doesn't, I just know how you mean she can sometimes be...Intimidating," He said, with a nervous chuckle.

She thought hopefully as Bronco went on to mention her visiting Moonspear. Maybe even still he would put in a good word for her and mention her desire to Moonspear's leaders. Vallkyrie had not been upon the mountains since her homeland in the north, made hardy by rock, salt and towering woods. Kyr had since visited Yuelong once before, along side Ying and she had rather enjoyed it. The island was quite a beautiful and interesting place.

A sheepish expression of her own took hold, silken black ears falling back at Bronco's nip and exclamation. Her slim front legs lifting up on her toes to roll back in a shrug. He says he wouldnt let something like that happen and the thought is kind, though Vallkyrie knows yet still that he woildnt have had a say in the manner, either.

She would drink in the information which the woodland toned man offered her. She would make sure that when she mentioned the expansion of Moonspear she would have the right information to give. Unknowing, Kyr had met this new leader once before, however brief and now exactly on well terms, either.

That she can. The Archer woman would chuckle, for the mountain queen which reminded her much of the Archers back home. She was even dark like the majority of them too.The Glen has been known as a hunting ground for the Spear anyhow. I've learned to keep to the north for hunts mostly.  But now that the neutral ground between the two packs is claimed...I wonder where I might safely spend time with you? She finds herself teasing, only the slightest of smirks giving this away as she flicks up her tail rather dramatically and prances forward a few paces.

He smiled. He liked Hydra- but he did consider himself to be frtunate because he'd been introduced to her by an ally. He imagined someone having to approach such a stately figure, the queen of a treacherous mountain- without already having some form of friendship or connection. He'd seen Hydra in action, and his swarthy queen had never been anything less but impressive.

He was also relieved when Vallkyrie admitted that she generally hunted elsewhere- but he had to wonder how many other Neverwinter wolves would have preferred to chase down prey within the Glen? It was fairly close to their claimed lands, though they had begun marking their own borders witin the Glen, not right at the edge of the evergreen forest, so as to give them somewhat of a buffer zone...But they had still, somewhat effectively, claimed a vast expanse of territory fairly close to another pack.

When she pranced toward him, he dipped into a play bow, before he bounded a couple steps to the side, nipping at the air between them as though he'd been invited to, and had begun to engage in a dance. "You sure you always wanna play it safe?" He teased, dropping into another play-bow before he bounded toward her, with the intention of either starting a playfight, or spurring her into another chase.

Playful as ever, a charming young wolf. She was happy that life had not yet soured him. It tried so with Kyr, who had lost connection with some friends she had been close to, saddened by the loss of this and the trials the wolves of Neverwinter as a whole had gone through. But she, personally, hadn't had life too horrible as of yet. She too could still yet be playful. happy

He'd dance around her, bounding and dropping low and once more she lifted high, tail up, taking a few short fast steps into his direction when he snapped at the air, as though saying go for it, I dare you. Now Bronco, you wouldn't happen to be trying to make me a bad girl, are you? She teased back and when he fell into another bow she would lurch forth, bounding out and around his body, rubbing along it affectionately before ending with a mouthful of scruff, aiming to tug at him before dashing off to avoid retaliation.

THAT IS SO CUTE. And very much them, lookit the big grin on his face hehehe.
wc:241

Her body language was as simple to read as a picture book, and her energy was boundless and infectious. Bronco watched her with gleaming eyes, holding himself as still and statuesque as he could for a moment as she stepped forward, slipping daringly into his reach with a couple playful snaps of her jaws. His fluffy ears swivelled and tilted toward her in interest but he found himself gobsmacked with shock and bashfulness when she joked with him. Perhaps he wasn't the most couth individual in the world, and perhaps he simply hadn't learned how to respond to such blatant flirtation- but that definitely didn't mean he didn't like it. He loved it- he simply had no real idea of how to respond to it, and ended up lagging slightly as he spluttered, trying to come up with something that made him look dashing and cool. So when she slid alongside him and pressed her muzzle into the fur of his neck- tugging at a mouthful of his scruff, he completely lost his grip on reality and melted a little bit.

He couldn't come up with anything. Total brainfart.

It took a couple seconds for him to recover, like a computer that needed to be forced into a reboot before he could function properly again. He bounded after her, already several paces behind, uttering a guttural growl as he finally got some of his focus back, and launched himself after her.

I know its adorable!

A sudden stammering, a look of complete shock and it would seem as if to her firm touch on him that he nearly melted to it. She had not expected the affect she might have on him and to see it now only caused her own cheeks to flush, a color hidden (quite thankfully) under the utter darkness of her coat.

In front of him, her head would be tossed round slim features to watch him finally take to recuperation and follow her. By now, having rubbed along the length of his shimmering coat, she was like twilight-a black sky twinkling with stars, a milky way river down her throat and under her.

She is laughing now, a slower pace as she allows Bronco to be directly behind her, only bursting forward with a surge of speed when she could feel the heat of his breath close to her backside. She quivers and moves, taking a sharp turn so that she could run around to his side and engage in a tussle, her front limbs lifting up off the ground to wrap around his nape.

Just when it seemed he'd been able to close the gap and catch up with the fleeing spark of darkness, she doubled her stride and sped ahead, lengthening the distance between them by a few bodylengths. He admired how effortless it seemed for her to sweep across the flat, open plains, escaping the reach of his jaws though he could have sworn he'd gotten close enough to nip at the tip of her feathery tail. She sped like an ebony blade, slicing through the tall, yellowed grasses with the deftness of a viper. And all at once- she whirled like a landspout and reared up to embrace him. He was surprised- and could not handle the momentum he'd gathered, and so- with her welcoming him into her embrace, he bowled into her at full speed, squinting his eyes shut and bracing himself for the impact.

Lion king moment INICIATE.

And the little black mamba went, her long legs carrying her effortlessly, slim footing bounding in such a manner she could have been thought to fly low through the tall grasses of Bronco's new territory. But she knew she would win this game against the large man and it was with this thought she had switched things up on him.

His strength she knew, it was obvious by the sheer size of the man who still had room to grow. How much power he may have held, just as weight came, she had not been prepared for.

He barreled into her, but she had no intention to slam her own weight against him, muscle to muscle. No way she'd handle that well off. She rolls, working to move around him like little ninja. As he falls, they toss about the plains and land she does atop his chest with a bit of an 'oof'. Pinned ya.

When he opened his eyes, he was on his back with the prowling panther pinning him down, and while the fall had nearly knocked the wind out of him, he managed a smile and a laugh, growling playfully as he reached up to try and surprise her by slathering the side of her face with a messy lick.

“Not so fast ya don't!” He laughed, before he reached up to hook one of his forelegs about her supple shoulder, and used his bodyweight to sling them both sideways. His aim was to haul her to the ground with him and continuing through the momentum to roll them over so that he could then pin her down, though he was well aware of the fact that this might not be successful at all- after all, she was as wiry as a jackrabbit, and he should have known to expect her to put up a fight before letting herself get pinned.

Another kiss. This time filled with far more doggy drool then the last, leaving her with an UUUGGHKK scrunched up look on her face as her tongue shot out in protest. It was enough of a distraction to allow him to try and wrangle her down as he wrapped a foreleg around her slender build.

She squirmed in more protests, growling and being all mouthy as he easily rolled her over now onto her backside, stark white-streaked undersides revealed. In a full on sprint she was far faster, but in close encounters he wasnt all that slow and sluggish either. At this placement he could easily flop down on her and squish her into a pin if he so chose though he allowed enough room for her legs to curl against her, pressing against his chest and hips as though she might (if she ever could) push him off of her. All the while her tail waving along the reeds wildly between her legs.

Alright, alright, I give! She laughs, trying to paw at his face. Boy your strong! He was young, of course, not even fully into two and it seemed each time she saw him she was revealed with more of his strengths, physical or personality wise.

He was beginning to discover that pinning another wolf was perhaps one of his strengths and that he ought play to it more when engaged in spars, but it could be terribly tricky getting in close enough to get a grab that would get them down on the ground beneath him. The trick he'd done in grabbing her and rolling sideways with her had worked because he'd surprised her, but also because he was heavier than her and she hadn't really put up too much of a struggle. In a real fight, that probably would not have worked- but this was just fun and games, and it was nice.

He smiled and laughed when she gave in, tongue lolling out the side of his mouth as he grinned victoriously. “Yes, I am. That's what you get when you mess with a guardian of the Glen,” He said. “Now. What do I win, now that I've got you here?” He asked, turning his muzzle to the side and presenting his cheek to her, as though hint that maybe he expected a kiss in return.

It was true, she could have really been in a predicament had they been serious. She could have been 'serial crushed' or he could have grabbed her under the throat... All not before she gave him quite a few bites to the face and dug her back paws into his man bits. Instinctively, she knew she could at least give it her all if she had too, though knew despite the force which Bronco had he was a friendly wolf to where she thought her more often trained then had gotten into any bad fights. It would take much to really piss Bronco off, or so she felt though knew he had gotten into some heared scraps at least a few times. The long scars which draped across his muzzle was a reminder of that.

'Guardian of the Glen', hu? She says through a pant, her back legs pressing against the insides of his flanks ad he straddled her. Has a nice ring to it. I suppose then I'm 'Huntress of the Forest'.  She laughs at his remark and suggestion as he turns his open cheek to her. Icy eyes roll as one corner of her mouth turns up. Mighty scandalous of you. Maybe your the bad one after all. She spoke and lifted up her muzzle so to slip a lick onto his sandy cheek.

I wonder, with a 'hrmmm' How many kisses you've stolen in such a manner as this. She could only imagine how his fun-loving, playful and flirty attitude had acquired the attention young women such as herself. Some however the silent, broading and mysterious type. Vallkyrie had thus far found interest in both, though none which had really stuck. It wasnt like she was really trying anyhow. Vallkyrie, as obvious as it was, was not the one to chase, but to be chased and maybe, never caught.

He felt suddenly very warm and flustered when she spoke, which largely had something to do with her pressing her hind feet into the sensitive skin of his thighs, and he was reminded of the spar he'd had with Opalia; this too, he figured, was another one of those hyper-sensitive places that could potentially be very painful, if she'd decided to dig her claws in. But being as gentle as he was, he felt himself overwhelmed not with worry or fear, but with something new and powerful, which made him feel both staggeringly confident and horrifically insecure at the same time.

He would've melted at her words, but he was also very aware of the fact that he didn't just want to drop to the ground, or he'd land directly on her. Still, his legs faltered and trembled a little at her touch, and his expression warmed to express a fondness and longing. “Huntress of the Forest,” He repeated softly. “Then I must be your prey,” He said, reaching down to nuzzle his nose into the soft fur of her cheek with a sudden assuredness that came with the rising confidence he felt. This felt right, somehow; it felt as though he was able to express how he felt without having to worry about backlash.

Her comment made him blush, as he alone knew how little experience he had in close contact with women. Of the many that Bronco had flirted with, or been kind to, none had shown him nearly as much affection as Vallkyrie, and he was enamoured with how generous she was with her affections. “I don't steal; I give,” He said, reaching down to kiss her cheek again, “And am gifted the same in return.”

His legs trembled, something she felt more then saw, as the vibration quivered at her sides. She couldnt help the low rumble that stirred in her throat. Whilst he felt both insecure and confidant all somehow at once, she felt the same, as wonderous as that were. When she touched him, when she teased him, he would melt at her feet and it only made her want to do it more, to see how far this could go... but she was also uncertain, not wanting her own self to get harmed in the process, not wanting to give him more then she could ever take back. Showing affection for someone you thought to be handsome, a friend, a good wolf, well thar was one thing, but giving your heart? Vallkyrie didnt know if she knew how...

She had always enjoyed the way he looked at her, with a longing that spoke 'wow, she sure is pretty!' and with his happiness with her, not just being near someone he thought was pretty but someone he actually cared to spend his time with. His smile lit up the room when he saw her and it caused a fire to burn in her chest. She could be as dominant and as playful as she wanted to be with him and he only seemed to enjoy it all.

Best be careful... She spoke, her eyes having fluttered closed for a moment as she breathed in his scent. Musky, damp earth, of forest but far different then that of pines she wore. She opened her eyes at his kiss, nosing the paler color of his fur at his throat softly. I can be a bit stubborn when it comes to prey. Once I've made my mind up, I'll hunt you down till I catch you and when I do, your mine. And she pushed harder with that black nose, a little playful shove before allowing her skull to fall back to the damp earth, icy eyes staring, wondering, waiting...

Her threat sounded less like a threat to him, and more like an invitation to an event that he'd hoped he might be able to go to, anyway. So he chuckled softly, nuzzled his nose against her cheek and finally moved aside so that she could get up. “Well then,” He said, and shook out his pelt so that it was fluffy and airy. “I guess that's my cue to get a head start,” He said, dipping toward her to gently knock his head against her shoulder and hopefully set her off balance a bit, before he took off, and ran off along the borders cackling, knowing full well she could catch him with ease if she wanted to- and he didn't intend to be difficult prey. It was nice to find someone who was so willing to play games and exchange affection.

It was also enjoyable spending time with someone who didn't make him question himself- if anything, she challenged him to be more confident than he already was, and to step outside of his comfort zones. But she rewarded him so readily when he did, that he felt himself becoming a little bit more comfortable in his own skin, and was learning the difference between play-flirting and real flirting.
