All Welcome
can be one reply or multiples! after this post all trip threads will be passed to treva <3 this can be set whenever is most convenient <33 being vague about makono due to akashingo's potential involvement w war plot!

queen @Treva and princess @Toula were to go upon a trip of seven days, plus the time it took for traveling. he suggested that akhtar, sayf, and sethnakht to go with them, along with the lady @Sokha, but in the end it was the queen's choice who came.
war would be made upon basilica should a hair come to their heads.
but the dreadfather knew of akashingo now.
at dawn he kissed wife and child outside the mesa and nodded to their retinue. "protect your divine ones," came his stern order. eyes glowed with pride. "it is two days' travel, barring storms. your queen intends to stay for seven days." and how long toula would stay would be decided there by akashingo's shabti.
ramesses would watch from the top of the mesa until the sun gilded and swallowed their traveling figures.

only post from me, i think!
an attendant carried toula's things. and soon, they were to be off! it felt there were a dozen things to do beforehand, and toula saw each of these things done. Toula had said her farewell to all not accompanying them; in her mouth she carried the trinket given to her by her father, that would protect them. Toula was scarce seen without it!
but before they departed, Toula gestured to an attendant to give to her father the magnificent furs of some felled horn beast. the horns were separated from the skinned thing; the furs had been blessed similarly to the horns that bore the crude carving of Shen. I have been inspired to study symbols further, and learn of blessings; to you, I give this charm of protection. it has been spoken into these furs, too, so that you may sleep well without mother. we are with you, always, her bright eyes searched the features of her father, nothing but love there. I will of course continue to pray for you and for Akashingo during my travels; and perhaps Basilica will allow me to build an altar there, she dreamed aloud to him, tail waving behind her. it would help her feel even closer to Iset, she felt. who she spoke with as though a sister, or her mother!
but then, it was time to go! picking up her own trinket of good fortune, she showed it to him with a small smile before turning to go with her mother after she had said her own goodbyes.
how had her sister managed it? she was not yet gone and yet she felt homesick already! yet the promise of adventure, and her mother alongside her, steadied her. to her credit, toula did not cry—
though she did pause to look back, warmed to see her fathers watchful silhouette present. it was as though the eye of Ra had touched her; emboldened, she picked up the pace and danced merrily after her mother.

a short, one time reply from me!

The nebet was swift to arrive, floating gracefully to the shabti's side.

If anything, the woman was eager for this journey. Not only was it an opportunity for her to get closer with the queen, but also to travel and see some of the wilds.

They will return precisely as they left, Sokha swore, though, perhaps they were words too soon to speak. Who knew what would happen on the trip.

Ready to depart, she then waited for the shabti to take lead and send them on their way.

so sorry on the wait, y'all <3

all would come with.

to keep the company of toula, to meet the men of basilica, to tend to the royals. everybody had a place in this little ongoing event.

some would come with her back home, others would stay with the amiirad.

come, her voice warm and vibrant to all. a long look at the pharaoh, simmering and burning. off they would go as a party of akashingo. to spread their divinity with words of honey and gold.

toula would have much to learn of the world still.
