All Welcome
All welcome but esp those tagged!
Time passed in the blink of an eye, it felt. One day her daughters were just finding their footing, still unsteady but endlessly adventurous, and the next she could scarcely contain them even in the vastness of her den. It wasn't quite time to introduce them to the world yet — but it was time for them to see the rest of their home.

@Reina and Tybault had returned just in time. Reverie wondered if she would see them today as she guided @Dahlia out of the den, who was a handful all by herself. She'd left Foxglove and @Petal to follow under @Everett's watchful gaze.

She meant to take her daughters to the meadow, which was beginning to flourish in spring's bright colors. Maybe we'll pick flowers, Reverie mused aloud to her daughter. Of course, knowing her children... Maybe we'll eat the flowers. We'll probably eat them, won't we?

Reina had left Carnelian and Peridot to their own devices, letting them rest in her den if they so chose. She needed some time away, time to herself. It was not because the two young wolves were a hinderance—not at all. The red healer missed her home and wanted to quietly reacquaint herself with it. In truth, she had not been gone very long, but it had been long enough for her.

The one thing she had been wanting to see the most was the Meadow. A not so distant memory came to her where she and Reverie discussed the gardens that would one day populate that area. Spring had sprung in the Wilds and she wanted to see what might have popped up.

She did not expect to find Reverie and one of her daughters making their way in the same direction. Her first instinct was to call for the Angel, but, instead, she stayed quiet and watched them. The girls were a little older now, and, as evidenced by the one that accompanied Reverie, more mobile.

Reina watched the young pup for some time, but her eyes were like magnets to Reverie. The golden femme appeared well, her brother most definitely helped in keeping eyes on his sister and his nieces. She smiled softly—sibling love was surely one of the best kinds of love. And, just maybe, the smile also appeared because she had begun to think of Everett.

Reverie’s musings to her daughter, Dahlia, brought her back to the present and caught her quite off guard, enough for a chuckle to give her away.

Content to be the sole object of her mother's attention, she behaved a little better than she usually would have under these circumstances. Reverie fed the girl's curiosity about the world around her, introducing her to new colors and plants — and maybe new people, too.

Reina's appearance caused Dahlia to bristle. STRANGER!!! She raised her tail and squared her shoulders, both curious and afraid.

Foxglove was never far behind her sister. She'd left @Everett in the dust, quite offended by her mother forging ahead with Dahlia and leaving the rest of them behind. It wasn't fair at all! Besides — Dahlia was no fun. If anyone ought to go first, surely it was Fox. She knew how to play nice.

Eager to show everyone just how much nicer she was than her prickly sister, Fox made a show of trotting up to the strange red-furred wolf. She bowed playfully, tail waving in the air. A single discreet glance was cast over her shoulder to see if mama was watching.
